Barkla Colloquium


Title: `Is the End of the Standard Model Nigh?'
The Seventh BARKLA Lecture

was given on Friday, May 4th 2012, 4 p.m. in the Rotblat Lecture Theatre, Department of Physics (Bld. 207, E6 on the campus map), by Professor John Ellis, FRS, eminent CERN Theorist and Clerk Maxwell Professor of Theoretical Physics at King's College London.

Refreshments were served from 3:30 p.m. and the lecture was followed by a wine reception in the foyer outside the lecture hall.
The Barkla Colloquium is aimed at a broad audience and many undergraduates attended the event.
