Title: `String theory and the unification of particles, forces and space-time'

	The Fifth BARKLA Lecture was given on Friday, February 26th 2010, 4 p.m. in the Chadwick Lecture Theatre, Department of Physics (Bld. 207, E6 on the campus map ), by Professor Michael Green, FRS, Lucasian Professor of Mathematics at Cambridge University. Refreshments were served from 3:30 p.m. and the lecture was followed by a wine reception. The Colloquium was aimed at a broad audience with many undergraduates attending the event.
