Title: `The Future of Science'

	The Fourth BARKLA Lecture was given on Friday, February 13th 2009, 2 p.m. in the Liverpool Medical Institute Lecture Theatre (114 Mount Pleasant, for a map click here), by the Nobel Laureate Professor Gerardus 't Hooft. Light refreshments were served before and the lecture was followed by a wine reception in the Liverpool Medical Institute. The lecture was aimed at a broad audience with many undergraduates attending the event.
