It is essential that all prospective members register for Maths Club in 2023-24. This is for safeguarding reasons as well as to assist us with logistical planning. Please note that members from previous years DO need to sign up again if they wish to attend.
If you would like to become a member, please follow the procedure below:
1. Complete the web form. (The form will open in a new tab.)
2. Check the email address you provided on the web form over the coming days to find and print the consent slip.
3. Ask your parent/carer to sign the consent slip and then return it to us by post.
4. Await email confirmation of your place; we will be in touch as soon as possible after we receive your consent slip.
