LHC is scheduled to begin operations this year and break into uncharted territory. Important candidate theories for this new physics require non-perturbative calculations. Recent advances in lattice methods, algorithms and supercomputing technology make Lattice Gauge Theory a formidable tool for such investigations. The purpose of this workshop is to explore how Lattice Gauge Theory can play an invaluable role in the quest of understanding the LHC experimental results. The workshop will cover the lattice formulation of such theories, make the connection between lattice the relevant phenomenology and experimental signatures, address the significant lattice and computational methods, and discuss the central role of massively parallel supercomputers in this endeavor.
