As we previously noted on the latticenews email list, some latex distributions had problems with the PoS.cls. If you have had no problems with the PoS.cls file (or you are happy with any fixes you have made), then you need not read any further in this file. PoS have kindly developed an updated distribution of the class file for the proceedings. Please go to your author page and click on the work link. There is a ZIP file under (download template file and instructions). The ZIP file contains: PoSauthmanual.pdf PoS.cls PoSlogo.pdf PoSlogo.ps We have tested these new files with pdflatex and the infamous fedora link /usr/bin/latex -> pdfetex. We have not tested it on a Mac, because we don't have easy access to one. The author manual has been updated. Using the new PoS.cls with a very old latex (1999) distribution we found that we needed to download ifpdf.sty. http://www.tug.org/tex-archive/macros/latex/contrib/oberdiek/ifpdf.sty This should not be necessary with a modern latex distribution. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
