How do I photocopy transparencies in Jean's office?

1. Open the side tray.
2. Place an acetate on the tray: joined edge inwards and SHINY side down.
3. Select the Applications menu, then OHP, then the A4 symbol on the RHS.
4. Now exit back up through the menus, pressing OK each time otherwise nothing will happen.
5. Put the orginal in the RADF as usual and press Start.
6. Check that the acetate gets pulled in correctly.

After using the photocopier it is usually a good idea to unselect any buttons you have pressed or trays you have opened. Use 'Auto Reset' to do a reset to defaults.
