How do I add a network drive (e.g. p:drive) to my MWS setup?

To map a drive to a letter:

1. Install Mydrives from Start/Network/Utilities/My Drives 2.0
2. Click Add, connect to 'A departmental drive' , then Maths
3. In the folder box you can choose the folders you have permission to use.
4. Choose a letter to assoc with the drive+folder
