Assuming you have already read the manual, asked the bloke next door etc, an excellent desperation measure is simply to type (or better still cut and paste) it into the Google search field at www.google.co.uk. You will be amazed at how many others all over the world have had the same bug and will be even more amazed at how many more are willing to offer their advice on how to deal with it. Look at few responses to judge their credibility before believing what you read.
